Just to keep you all in the loop, we are no longer under contract on the house. Upon review of the inspection report we felt it was best to opt out of the contract and continue our search. The house was updated by some flippers and the inspector had issues with everything they touched. No worries though .. I'm sure we'll find something soon. sigh. back to the drawing board. Wish us luck!
