how to get out of doing laundry

one should not wash jeans that has husband's cell phone still in pocket. after load is done and the transferring of clothes to dryer is complete a cell phone left at the bottom of the washing machine leaves a sinking feeling in your belly. i should know, it happened today. hubby was home so i had to fess up. "uhmm ... sorry honey."
