Spent the last week in LA. Had a sweet room on Sunset Blvd. in Bel Air. Felt swallowed in a sea of cars. Global warming activists should concentrate on the 10 million cars in LA. The traffic alone would prevent us from living in that city. Didn't see any stars. Had my eye out for Brad Pitt, but learned on perezhilton.com that he was in Montreal. sigh. Thought maybe I'd run into Britney and let her know that everything was going to be okay. Didn't get the chance. oh well. LA has a huge homeless population ... at least one on EVERY street corner. very sad. Brought Gwynnie to Disneyland. Got a hotel room literally across the street from the main gate. Very convenient. First half the day Gwyn wasn't at all into the park. After lunch and a two hour nap Gwyn couldn't get enough of "mickey mouse park." She loved the carousel, Dumbo ride, and the famous tea cups. She would have spent all day in the princess section coloring and smelling flowers if we would have let her. Toontown was full of things for Gwyn. She loved the silly piano and getting into the stationary "bye bye cars." We went on a Pooh Bear ride thinking she would love that since she drags her Pooh Bear everywhere, but no, she screamed through the whole thing. She now wants nothing to do with her Pooh Bear, but we're not sure if it's because of the ride or if it's because of the new Minnie Mouse she got.
