we are under contract on another house. let's hope we have no complications with this one! as far as i know there have been no flippers involved with this house. the only thing giving us pause right now is the interest rates ... they've totally jumped up!! This house has a studio apartment above the garage complete with kitchenette and a full bath ... anyone interested in renting it out?!?! Crazy's need not apply.
