Briefing no.5 on Operation Skinny Hiney

Running is still going strong. There are more expressions of contempt before each run by the both of us lately. They are directed towards the run, not each other. Matt says he can't think of anything he hates more, but he still gets out there and runs. Poor sap has to push the stroller too. I love him for it. Guinness loves us for taking him along. It's a family affair. Makes me want to listen to some Mary J Blige ... I know she'd help the time tick away ... as it is I am left to my own thoughts .. thoughts of me saying "breath in ... breath out ... breath in ... breath out" ... sigh.
