Briefing no.3 on Operation Skinny Hiney
Deep into week 5 and still going strong. Saturday will be our first day of training that does not include walking. We are a little intimidated about that, but we were intimidated to do 3 minutes, then 5 minutes, then 8 minutes and we were able to do them all .... we just need to start believing in ourselves!! Saturday we will attempt a 20 minute run!! I will let you all know how that goes ... send us your positive thoughts!! PLEASE
