 | Matty got the best birthday present from me .. I got him a house! My brother shockingly asked "you put an offer on a house without letting Matt know?" to which I replied "no silly, our offer was accepted tonight ... I'm just taking all the credit!". After a few days of countering back and forth we finally all agreed on a price. I am mucho excited. We close on Jan. 13 .. woo hoo!! This house was one of the only ones we looked at that I actually liked. Apparently the majority of the homes here were built in the late 70's/early 80's and a wall of mirrors is just not my taste! Wood paneling on the walls is not my idea of home. I guess I'm not "modern" enough ... just give me hardwood floors (hand scraped!) and granite countertops and I'm a happy camper. mi casa es su casa! 3:20 PM |
