Okay ... today begins my official diet. I am to consume no less than 1200 calories and no more than 1400 calories a day. Matt says it helps not to drink any calories. I already drink diet soda as it is ... but my chai lattes in the morning are going to be hard to give up. That's about 150 calories ... ugg. That's okay. Today I did well even after having steak for dinner. I consumed 1381 calories. Who knows how long I will be able to stay the course .. but I really miss wearing my clothes :) Keep your fingers crossed for me!
