 | Now that my husband has started his new job, he is no longer able to come home at 4 o'clock and cook me a gourmet meal. It is now up to me to pick up the slack and help feed our family. I'm not that into cooking. All that chopping and prepping just tires me thinking about it. I also find it rather boring doing it alone (huHUhUhuH, cooking that is!). Monday I made chicken tacos ... and I stretched it until Tuesday. This evening I made pork adobo (had to bring some Filipino up into this house, yo). I hadn't had adobo in quite some time. It was great, the house smelt of my childhood...awww. Once we get a place in Mobile, I'll have my man-wife back cooking me yummy awesome foods again. I sure hope we find a place soon ..... I know Matt will get sick of tacos and adobo every week .. haha. 7:51 PM |
